FDTech at the Skilled Workers Summit
Last week, our colleague Saba Abdollahi was invited to the podium of the Saxon Skilled Workers Summit as a guest speaker to share her experiences of immigration and her start at FDTech.
Around 200 guests from business and politics came together at the Carlowitz Congress Center to discuss the necessity of immigration in the labor market - emphatically moderated by Blanka Weber.
🍀 Prof. Dr. Ricarda Rehwaldt delivered a wonderful keynote speech titled "On the Happiness of Working" in Chemnitz. In addition to the Saxon State Minister for Economic Affairs, Labour, and Transport, Martin Dulig, Dr. Nicole Porzig, Chairwoman of the Board of DRK Landesverband Sachsen e.V., and Sabine Klie, Head of HR at Elbe Flugzeugwerke GmbH, spoke about integration into the job market in the first part.
In another round, State Secretary Thomas Kralinski, Klaus-Peter Hansen, Chairman of the Management Board of the Employment Agency, Markus Schlimbach, Chairman of the DGB (Deutscher Gewerkschaftsbund) Saxony, and Dr. Andreas Brzezinski, Speaker of the Saxon Craftsmen's Day, had their say.
Special thanks go to the organizer Birgit Vorratz from ZEFAS (Zentrum für Fachkräftesicherung und Gute Arbeit).
